In honor of the dedicated military men and women who have served our nation, Greene County Transit (GCT) is providing complimentary rides for Veterans on Friday, November 10, 2017 due to a generous monetary donation from Sawyer Chevrolet in Catskill, NY. Veterans may ride any Greene County Transit bus for FREE all day on Friday, November 10th with a Military or Veterans identification card from any state. Veterans that don’t have an identification card can call the Greene County Veterans Service Agency at (518) 943-3703.
“Greene County Transit and Sawyer Chevrolet are proud to honor Veterans in Greene County who have faithfully served our Country,” said Sondra Cozza, Director of GCT Transportation. “We recognize the need for our Veterans to have accessible transportation and it is our honor to serve our Military Veterans.”
